About this opportunity
The Group Sales organization at Ericsson leads the strategy development, and prioritizes the improvement roadmap, for customer experience and global sales. We then aid the business in the execution of our intended end-to-end customer experience and enable the global sales force of the future.
We are now looking for a Business Transformation Director. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that we evolve our Sales framework in line with changes to the business and the industry.
As a Business Transformation Director you will work with a mix of strategic and operational tasks of high priority for Group Sales. The role requires you to have a solid understanding of sales operations and it is a benefit if you possess knowledge about Ericsson. You will analyze and drive improvements to processes, business development and work closely with stakeholders in the Market Areas, Business Areas and Group Functions.
This position reports to the Head of Strategy and Compliance.
You will
• Play a critical role in driving transformative projects and simplification initiatives in collaboration with other functional areas.
• Support Group Sales with defining strategies, roadmaps and execution plans to deliver extraordinary customer and employee experience.
• Design, develop and improve sell capabilities to support our global workforce.
• Identify, align and prioritize potential change areas based on customer and business needs
• Conduct pre-studies and assessments on well-known difficulties acknowledged by market areas and key stakeholders.
• Create consensus, convey messages and get agreement from senior business stakeholders in different initiatives and projects.
• Analyze existing business processes, workflow and user requirements to identify challenges and develop recommendations for addressing those.
• Connect with senior business stakeholders, translating business needs and challenges into solutions that reduce waste and lead time.
The skills you bring
• A degree in Business Administration, IT or the equivalent experience. Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience from Sales operations, ways of working, process and tools
• Proven track record of developing, driving and delivering improvement initiatives/cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to take the initiative and take charge of actions and projects.
• Good collaboration and team spirit, quick learner, proactive and positive learning attitude.
• Superb communication skills at all levels of the organization.
• Broad toolbox such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile, Lean Startup, Design Thinking.
