We are looking for Senior Program Managers with deep experience from Lean Six Sigma to work in our Global Operations organization, driving tactical improvements in our most strategic and prioritized business/process areas across the Ericsson group. This is a highly visible role, as this is an executive-level priority in writing the next chapter for Ericsson where customer experience is key and operational efficiency is a pre-requisite. As a Business Transformation Leader, you will analyze and propose improvements to processes, operations and organizations. The improvements may be run in different ways: work streams in major strategic/transformation initiatives, projects/programs/line activities driving operational & functional improvements or enabling day-to-day/continuous improvements
A day in the life of a Business Transformation Leader:
Play a critical and high-profile role in driving improvement projects/programs across Ericsson, delivering a fantastic experience to our employees and customers.
Identify, align and prioritize potential change areas based on customer and business needs
Work with an extraordinarily diverse and creative team. For example, within your improvement initiatives, you could work with over a dozen incredible colleagues worldwide to support them in improving the way we work and reducing waste in our delivery.
Play an integral role in defining strategies, roadmap and execution plans to deliver business value that improves customer experience and operational efficiency
Connect with senior business stakeholders, translating business needs and challenges into solutions that reduce waste and lead time.
Manage senior leaders and sponsors through all the phases of change by managing resistance, building awareness and generating willingness to change
Design and improve processes and components, including automation

Manage improvements, from understanding the opportunity up to completion
Increase our ability to make fact based decisions by analyzing metrics and processes, utilizing data mining tools
Drive change within the organization and deliver training for new change leaders
Enhance your team-building skills by developing a safe environment emphasizing transparency, trust and collaboration.
Analyze existing business processes, workflow and user requirements to identify challenges and develop recommendations for addressing those.
You will bring:
Education: A degree in Business Administration, IT or the equivalent experience. Master's degree is a plus
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Certified in Change and Improvement Management (Agile, Lean Startup, Design Thinking)
Experience in leading cross-functional project teams (including virtual teams)
Ability to take the initiative and take charge of actions and projects even with limited knowledge or experience in the subject
Good collaboration and team spirit, quick learner, proactive and positive learning attitude
Analytical by nature and feels comfortable working with ambiguity

The Global Journey Development team is an independent business unit within Group Function Global Operations, set up to accelerate Ericsson's business transformation to deliver a superior customer experience and outstanding operational excellence. We are a diverse group of individuals, from user experience designers to analysts to solution architects and SMEs, who all share a passion for innovation, change, agile and continuous improvement within Ericsson.

Location / Flexibility of work
Sweden only. We provide flexible working at Ericsson. Our preference for a role that involves partnership, collaboration and design is that productive conversations happen in the office. Therefore, we recommend teams be present at least three days a week
