Business Area & the role
In this role, you will be part of the central Ownership Sales & Services organization in BA Europe where you manage the implementation of ConCenT processes and tools in new countries, together with the continuous transformation to deliver on program roll-out expected benefits.
ConCent (Consumer Centric Transformation) is about having a 360° view of our consumers in every touchpoint and through providing outstanding experiences, creating brand loyalty for life. It will give us the possibility to manage the relationship with our consumers in a smart and effective way – it provides the means to a new way of working. ConCenT, however, is much more than simply rolling out a cloud-based IT systems. It is an intricate network of interconnected systems which handle everything from how we onboard our consumers and store their data to how we manage our spare parts planning, schedule our service visits and tailor our marketing campaigns.

Job responsibilities
· Project Management in the ConCenT roll-out program, oversees the preparation, review, risk management and reporting of rollout progress against agreed milestones
· Responsible for an efficient and effective requirements gathering during ConCenT roll-out, to determine potential process gaps towards the ConCenT Blueprint scope and business impact
· Change Management including identifying stakeholders and setting communication plans
· Ensure training plan for key-users and end-users is defined and executed
· Lead the ConCenT countries in their transformation process, from change impact assessment to implementation of new ways of working
· Track progress on program benefits of the rollout business case and follows-up with the local business during- and after the implementation, on results, transformation gaps and needed initiatives / actions to deliver on the roll-out business case
· Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and 3th party employees, and influence them to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned activities.
· Monitor performance, morale of the project team, including 3th parties
· Promotes new thinking, creative solutions, workarounds and ways of working to address template gaps and mitigate risks

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in applicable area
Experience and Skill Requirements
· Solid project management skills and experience (min 3 years), including the utilization of a standard project management methodology (including Agile) and experience with standard tools and procedures. PMI Certification is preferred.
· 3-5 year’s of experience in at least one of the following areas: Service Operations, Contact Center Management, Digital Services, B2B Aftermarket Sales Business
· Strong experience and proven successful results in change management
Language Requirements
· Fluent in English, any other European languge is a benefit
