WHO YOU ARE
If you want to contribute to co-workers upskilling and reskilling to be able to work in a new way this is a great assignment for you. We look for experienced Training Specialist, that can contribute to, and lead various training delivery activities during the complex and challenging process of building co-worker’s system and process skills including relevant functional and non-functional training within the transformation initiative. In this assignment, you will analyse training needs, design training delivery methods, and develop and deliver training tools to meet the competence development needs of the coworkers.
The goal of this role is to contribute to and lead various training delivery activities for the Cluster countries. Guiding and facilitating the countries so they themselves can maintain and deliver trainings to the end users, in line with the BOT requirements and plan.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Planning, coordination, development and implementation of the co-worker training and developing activities for system and process training including relevant functional and non-functional training
• Establishing and maintaining appropriate methods for assessing and monitoring co-worker training needs and development
• Plan and manage content delivery process to the countries and coordinate process and deliverables with other BOT Project teams
• Lead the content review and approval process, prepare content update guidelines in accordance with the Ingka guidelines
• Work closely with the training content factory on selected content deliverables
• Ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are fully informed of co-worker training and development objectives, purposes and achievements
• Secure that trainers are identified, booked and in possession of up-to-date training materials for all training sessions
• Facilitate that training material and methods are developed and executed in an efficient and effective manner, including the Learning Management System (LMS/e-learning) is utilized and operational
• Due to the current COVID-19 situation, travel is not required, however, it might be required frequently once the situation changes. At the moment this is a remote work assignment.
• When you are allocated to the BOT program you will still be employed by your functional line you belong to.
