About the role:
As a D&A Business Translator, you will work with business analysts and experts in the marketing domain to understand the strategic needs of the business, identify and structure opportunities that can be solved through data, analytics and AI. You'll translate these needs into possible new use cases in both business and technical language.
Your daily challenges:
Analyze commercial, marketing performance, and consumer data.
Extract key information using document analysis, requirements, research, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analytics, and task and workflow analysis.
Communicate and collaborate with teams to analyze information and functional requirements and deliver solutions from analytics artifacts to AI applications.
Collaborate within a product team and work together with architects, data and visualization engineers, data scientists, product owners, and marketing topical/business analyst experts.
Establish the technical vision and evaluate trade-offs between usability and performance requirements.
Aggregate existing data from Electrolux and external sources such as GA4, DV360, SA360, Meta, Qualtrics, e-commerce and service systems.
Transpose hypotheses and methods into relevant metrics and applications.
Develop customized solutions with D&A Engineering and Data Science teams to link, store, locate, and retrieve data using the appropriate infrastructure and tools.



You are:
Bilingual: You understand both business and technical languages and, of course, act as a translation bridge between the two. You can explain technical concepts in business-friendly language and vice versa. You support the business users during UAT.

Data analysis: You are a critical thinker who is enterprising, curious, persistent and strategic, with significant experience in analytical work and the use of various analytical tools.
Data-driven: You leverage data naturally and drive optimization. You have a strong analytical mind with experience coordinating analytical and data science projects and teams.
Agile: You are familiar with working in agile teams, have a sense of urgency, and can quickly adapt to different situations, understand change, and react confidently and decisively. You have a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and a hunger for constant learning.



Demand:
Academic degree in (corporate) computer science or equivalent education
Good understanding of system integration concepts
Experience in analytics development and management of a wide range of analytics tools and applications (e.g., Power BI, Qlik products, SQL, Python, Databricks)
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills.
Forward-looking work style, ability to work in teams and high commitment
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Fluent in English, all other languages are a plus
