As the Business Travel Compliance Specialist within the Global Mobility team at Saab you will work with monitoring and managing the compliance risks associated with business travelers/cross border employees.
You will coordinate the compliance process for commuters and business travelers with regards to basic tax assessments, necessary registrations and reporting, making posted worker registrations etc. in line with Saab's business travel standards.
You will initially handle most of the work on a global level but are expected to work on building a network of colleagues around the world that can assist with the compliance issues on a local level. You are also expected to assist in developing streamlined compliance processes for cross border business travelers and commuters.
As a member of the Global Mobility team you are expected to assist with ordinary Global Mobility tasks and improvements on an operational and a strategic level and work to improve policies and procedures as well as finding cost efficient solutions for all cross border employees as well to the extent necessary and possible.
You will work together with your colleagues in the Global Mobility team to develop the organization´s understanding of Saab´s cross travel compliance processes and work close together with other internal functions as well as external vendors.

Your profile
To be successful in this role you have a University degree in HR, Law, Economics, Business or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience within Business Travel compliance or Global Mobility or corresponding knowledge and experience.
You have strong organizational and project management skills to effectively and timely manage a diverse workload. You have professional communication skills in Swedish and English and have the ability to prepare presentations and process data to report on trends and common themes.
You have strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop effective relationships and partnerships at all levels within the company. Ability to flourish in a team environment as well as work independently describes you well. You are solution driven using creative and diverse ways to approach a problem or answer a question. You demonstrate confidence, credibility and good judgment.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be a part of
Group Human Resources is responsible for strategic personnel issues based on the long-term needs of the business operation. The Global Mobility team is a part of Group HR and are responsible for the framework for Saab's Global Mobility program worldwide. The team is handling expatriates on assignment in more than 30 different countries and compliance risks associated with cross border employees.
