Business Unit Controller to Jeppesen in Gothenburg

In the role as Business Unit Controller for Boeing/Jeppesen Aviation Crew & Fleet Program (with headquarter in Gothenburg) you will be part of a high performance team. You are expected to work closely with the Crew & Fleet Business Unit Leader and other managers with analyses, follow-up as well as decision support.

The role is diverse and it includes full global P&L responsibility, with primary focus on revenue and business related activities. The position is both operational (analysis and decision support information) as well as strategic (long term business unit goals). Your main responsibility is to lead and coordinate the financial planning process as well as follow-up for the business unit. You are expected to work in a proactive fashion, take an active role in change projects as well as to create processes and models for analysis and follow-up.

 

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with a minimum of 6-9 years relevant work experience from a multinational company
• Experience/ knowledge in working with data warehouse tools such as TM1, Cognos, Hyperion or similar reporting systems
• Super-user in Microsoft Excel, and good experience from building advanced reporting models and handling of data from different systems
• Ability to express yourself in spoken and written language, both Swedish and English
• High integrity
• Demonstrated ability to work at both strategic and operational level at the same time – both big picture and hands-on

• Experience from building up or enhancing business system and processes
• Experience from working close with P&L management, margin improvement, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
• Detail focused with well-developed analytical skills
