Business Unit Manager As Business Unit Manager within the field Contract Placement Solutions at TFS AB you will be responsible for the development of the business area and their Key Accounts.You will be responsible for your own clients within the pharmaceutical and biotech fields and will make your own sales visits.You are also responsible for the personnel in your unit and their career development.You will be measured upon the results of your unit compared to your budget and the number of CPS assignments ordered by your clients.The position is full-time and will involve travel.You will be located at our office in Stockholm. The main responsibilities of the BUM will include: Updating the Sales Plan on a yearly basis and making sure that it is followed Developing marketing strategies for your unit according to the USP of TFS AB Other requirements/qualifications: You have experience from leading position(s) and are used to making quick customer friendly decisions.You are a natural leader with high social skills You have a genuine interest in personnel, in their development and well-being You are business orientated and strive to exceed your customers needs You are outgoing and very enthusiastic about your work You have a relevant academic background and experience from the Life-Science Industry We are looking forward to receiving your application with included CV and a personal letter.We practice a continuous selection procedure, so please submit your application as soon as possible, however no later than 31, 05, 2008.
