Business Unit Manager till vår COP avdelning

As Business Unit Manager within the field Project Delivery at TFS AB you will be responsible for the development of the business area and their Key Accounts within Phase II to Phase IV clinical trials.You are also responsible for the personnel in your unit, as of now 16 persons working with our in-house projects located in Lund, Stockholm and Gothenburg and their career development.You will be working as a line manager and be a support to your unit in their work with our in-house projects and clients.You will be measured upon the results of your unit compared to your budget.The position is full-time and will involve some travel.You will be located at our office in Lund, Stockholm or Gothenburg at your choice, and will report to the Director of Project Delivery, located in Lund, Ann-Sofie Svensson. The main responsibilities of the BUM will include: .Line management of the staff in your unit .Resource allocation and recruitment of new personnel to the unit .Coaching and developing your personnel .Budget cost and income, planning, monthly and annual follow-ups .Monthly invoicing, approval of time reports and travel expenses .Preparation of proposals, follow-up, negotiation and preparation of contracts .Updating the Sales Plan on a yearly basis and making sure that it is followed .Responsible for the Key Accounts within your unit .Maintain current customers .Identify new and maintain current business solutions Other requirements/qualifications: .You are a natural leader with high social skills .You have a genuine interest in personnel, in their development and well-being .You have service excellence and strive to exceed your customers needs .You are outgoing and very enthusiastic about your work .You have experience as a sCRA, CRM or Project Manager within clinical trials .You have a relevant academic background and additional experience from the Life-Science Industry We are looking forward to receiving your application with included CV and a personal letter.We practice a continuous selection procedure, so please submit your application as soon as possible, however no later than 31, 05, 2008.
