Daily activities include such various tasks as: - Actively maintaining the existing holding structures regarding dividends, investments and ownership stakes - Provide supporting information - distribution letters, capital accounts, yearly investment and distribution overviews - Supporting of the (fund) accountants - initiating and preparing finance related activities - Assist in the preparation and reviewing of Annual Reports - Preparing and reviewing structure related calculations - Implementation and maintenance of IT - electronic share register and structure software - Assist Directors and Partners with Tax returns - Assist in the holding companies structuring issues Your background and personal qualities: - MSc in Business Administration or Economics - Professional financial background within an international organization preferably from one of the Big Four Audit firms, a trust company or the finance industry - Good knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and experience with tax issues both in national and international context - Excellent knowledge of the English language, both speaking and writing.Fluency in Dutch is a great advantage.You have excellent analytical skills and likes working with numbers and complex financial models.You are hard working, self confident and involved as well as down-to-earth and have a common sense approach to the work.It is important that you are an open communicator and service oriented.How to apply: EQT is cooperating with Academic Search International in this recruitment process.You apply by clicking the link below which takes you to a registration form where you fill in contact details and attach CV and letter of intent, written in Swedish or English.We would like to have your application as soon as possible but at the latest the 9th of October.
