Business/IT process Engineer - Credit Management

Group Treasury IT, a part of Business Support CoE, is supporting Group Treasury and Group Accounting with IT applications. Business Support CoE, belongs to the Global Business Applications organization within Electrolux IT, are supporting different IT solutions like Financial Reporting Systems, Treasury Systems, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Group Applications and Archiving solutions etc. The members of the team as well as the users of the IT solutions are spread around Europe. The Global Credit Management Process is supported via a global Credit Management IT system, ERM2 (nFusion from eCredit) and/or SAP. The Business / IT Process Engineer is responsible for analyzing the business needs which may help to identify business problems and/or process gaps, and propose solutions. Within the systems life cycle, typically performing a liaison function between the business and IT or external service providers. Key to this role is the understanding and deep knowledge of the IT processes as well as the business processes. The IT Process Engineer role is responsible for ensuring that IT Services are aligned to business need and delivered to the agreed service levels. In cooperation with the business people propose business process driven solutions with high operational and cost effectiveness. Participate in application implementation projects specializing business process analysis and process driven solution in conjunction with defined business applications. Be responsible for relevant process area within projects. Plan and perform process wide tests in all implementation phases. Provide business process wide viewpoint on system design and development in cooperation with technical application development. Write and review functional specifications and/or IT processes. Write, advise and give recommendations on process and functional documentation
