Free Range is responsible for the market specific range as well as for different activities. We create more than 3.000 new articles per year and have during the last couple of years always had double digit growth.

As the Business/Range Controller you play a key role in supporting the business and assisting with common needs. This involves identifying business improvement potentials, sharing best practice and sharing performance analysis. You are responsible for proactively securing the range renewal process throughout all life phases of an article, the project plan, starting up, running range and the discontinued process.

Assignment includes:
-Giving proactive support and be a speaking partner towards the business area
-Developing and creating reports to follow up business results
-Securing quality of data and be the owner of specific KPIs and reports
-Analysing of KPIs and business results and take part in/lead improvement work
-Being responsible for following up and acting on deviations to range management goals
-Leading the long term planning of Range Management, secure range frames according to goals
-Responsible for implementing range management process improvements
-Be responsible for operational range management questions

This is a service-oriented role! Your leadership and coaching skills help you to coach the business area teams in business and lead your own work. Your leadership skills will also help you in the task of supporting and relieving the Business Navigation Manager in the best way possible. As a base in this role you need to have within economics or range management similar. It is important that you have some years of experience from working within business controlling and having an understanding of the IKEA business model.

We are looking for an analytical, goal oriented person with the ability to implement, deliver results and follow up. You are service minded, used to handling changes and you have strong communication and relation building skills. You are humble, have willpower and have the ability to create togetherness and enthusiasm around you. You are also a positive, passionate and flexible person.
