Arbetsbeskrivning
We are looking for people with experience from working as Butchers or/and Cutters within the meat industry (beef and pork).
Responsibilities
- Cutting, grinding and preparing meat.
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
- Performing quality inspections on meats and other products.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience from working as a Butcher or Cutter.
- Education or food preparation or meat cutting experience is meriting
- Ability to use hand tools, stand or walk for extending periods, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments.
- Additional training is often required.
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
- Strong communication, task management, and cooperation skills.
Placement
TBA, but often more rural parts in Sweden.
