Arbetsbeskrivning
We are looking for people with experience working as Butchers or/and Cutters at slaughterhouses.
Responsibilities:
- Cutting and grinding meat.
- Slaughtering animals (beef and pork).
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
- Performing quality inspections on meats and other products.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.
Requirements we believe you have:
- Minimum one year of experience working as a Butcher or Meat Cutter (in the slaughterhouse).
- Education or food preparation or meat cutting experience is meriting.
- Ability to use hand tools, stand or walk for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments.
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
- Strong communication, task management, and cooperation skills.
