Job Description:
• Responsible for sales and bottom line profit of the store. Achieve financial objectives
• Establish budgets, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and initiate appropriate actions when needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the employees provide the same level of service
• Customer value focus
• Resolve customer problems or complaints in an efficient and service oriented way
• Secure a positive working environment and handle employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner
• Encourage store employees to take ownership for their performance and career development plans; follow up on a regular basis
• Team Management
• Replenishment and Stock Management, including loss prevention
