Job Description
Together with the assistant store manager you will develop and lead the store team to achieve the business objectives
You are responsible for sales, analyse the company's internal KPIs and drive the corresponding sales promotions activities
You make sure that our customer journey including the optical consultation is carried out according to Mister Spex standards
You and your team are responsible for adhering to processes and guidelines as well as provide valuable input with your ideas for the further retail expansion of the company
Qualifications
You have relevant management experience in store management in optics/fashion retail
You are experienced in defining and implementing retail processes at store level
You work independently and are results-oriented & conduct monthly business evaluations with the Area Manager
You recognise talents in your team, motivate and develop them & if necessary, initiate disciplinary measures
You lead and encourage a feedback culture in your store team
You have excellent communication skills, drive and are a team player
