Hepcat AB is growing and in need of the perfect candidate to meet its expansion needs.
Our perfect candidate must have a deep and intrinsic knowledge of American, Japanese, and Swedish products and brands. We need someone who knows everything there is to know about high quality denim jeans, leather boots, lifestyle accessories, hair products, and the iconic brands behind these products.
Even more so, this candidate should be well versed in the industry best practices and standards when it comes to meeting a customers needs, this means creating an in-store experience which is unparalleled and meaningful, which leads to sales and a deeper customer to business relation.
The candidate must be a computer whizz, capable of solving back end technical problems, and troubleshooting in services like Jetshop and Specter.
Expert communication is crucial. When it comes to b2b interactions, being the face of the company at the store and at fashion events, is paramount. As such the candidate must be well versed in written and spoken communication both in English and Swedish.
The importance of customer service can not be understated. The flexibility to be available at all times to solve problems, work nights and weekends, major holidays, and to fill in at a moments notice.
Proficiency in social media platforms is a must.
Office sweet, photoshop, and google scripts is a must.
Knowledge of music, vinyl, is critical.
Personality goes a long way.
Small talk and keeping a positive attitude in a high stress environment is essential.
