• University degree preferably in Engineering and/or business
• Great communicational and presentation skills
• Professional and with ability to network at all levels
• Used to working in an international Environment
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Minimum 3 years of experience from International business within Purchasing
We are looking for a Buyer for our customer in the automotive industry here in Gothenburg. You will be a part of a driven, innovative and global organization where the believes are that "high performance comes from motivated employees, courage to think outside the box and having fun".


You will assist with setting global strategies for components and coordinate purchasing activities globally on customer site.
Areas of responsibility:
• Drive and lead development of global segment/commodity strategies and ensure implementation
• Manage the supplier relationships and performance (quality, delivery, feature and cost) for the entire product life cycle (project, sourcing, operational) and co-operate cross-functionally to achieve best solution
• Perform the activities required for the portfolio: e.g. negotiations, sourcing, re-sourcing, projects, optimize the total cost (Quality, logistics, engineering, manufacturing, etc.)
• Work in accordance with the clients processes, values and behaviors
