Buyer Professional Services
Our purchasing team manage all indirect purchasing for Lynk & Co in Europe. We are in a very exciting phase, supporting the Lynk & Co establishment in Europe and at the same time building our function and ways of working. We work very close to our business stakeholders aiming to find solutions and create value for the business.
We are a small team with a broad and varied scope, including consultants & temporary staffing, advisory services, projects & work packages, recruitment services, etc. You will support all parts of our business.
This position can be based in Gothenburg or Amsterdam.
What you'll do
You will work close with your stakeholders and the category leader to perform end-to-end purchasing activities, such as…
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the company
- Work with your stakeholders to identify the business needs and create and manage RFQs to identify the best suppliers and consultants
- Negotiations to deliver cost reductions and other business values
- Manage day to day purchase requisitions from business and issue purchase orders in our purchasing system
- Manage the supplier base of your category, including follow-up performance as well as administration of supplier data
- Participate in the development of the purchasing team and our way of working (culture, processes, tools, communication, etc)
What you should have
- Experience as a buyer of professional services for multiple countries.
- Experience of and interest in the supplier market, trends, and best practices in various sourcing strategies and contractual models for professional services
- A passion for working with people and business, taking initiative, and driving improvements
- A positive mindset and ability to adapt and take action
