The Market and Sales Companies (Msco's ) & Corporate Purchasing Organization has been recently created in order to manage the purchasing governance for all of Toyota Material Handling Europe excluding the factories. As corporate function, we centrally coordinate the purchasing strategies of all our national sales companies. We generate profit by providing the right supplier base in terms of quality, delivery, cost, environment and social responsibility. We properly and promptly answer to the business needs in terms of supplier selection, supplier qualification and supplier contract management.

As Buyer EL & LS you will manage with a high level of autonomy the general needs of our Logistics company (TMHEL) and more specific need of our automation company (TMHLS) within several defined purchasing categories and projects for business development. You will deal with all levels and central functions of the European organization. You will be operating in a challenging, complex and evolving environment.

Reporting to the Manager Purchasing Operations, your main challenges will be to:

* Manage efficient and robust contract process in future purchase
* Negotiate favourable prices and terms of purchase
* Manage specific business requests and projects
* Protect confidential information
* Handle the TMHEL & LS purchase orders

Your profile

You have experience within the area and are committed to continuous improvement. You are organised and numerate with attention to details and a natural negotiator with strong persuasion skills. While you are fluent in English, any other language proficiency is considered an asset.

We also see that you have:

* Previous knowledge in handling data related topics in agreement
* Interest in tomorrow's solutions and technology
* Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier selection & qualification and supplier relationship management
* Ability to drive commercial results
* Strong facilitation, communication & presentation skills
