Job Description
As a Buyer you will focus on our Kids room, working with both textiles and hardgoods. You will be a key player in driving growth and profitability, by creating new and exciting products and develop an assortment based on design direction and sales, to build the best possible customer offer.
You will work in a tight team with your Designer, Section Head and Business Controller – both to set vision, goals and common strategy for the assortment, and to plan the budget and share sales analysis, conclusions and actions. In your team you will also work close to your Jr Buyer and collaborate with the team in production and with the H&M HOME Sales teams.
To be successful in this role you will be proactive and work to create the best assortment great products at the right time to the right prices, manage multichannel quantification and always keep sustainability in focus. You keep up to date on the latest and future trends for your products and customers, and constantly follow up and analyse sales and take actions accordingly.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Buyer within textiles and hardgoods/decorations
Buying education
A strong salesmanship and great commercial thinking
Sees possibilities, improvements and simple solutions
Result-oriented and a business growth mindset
Skilled in assortment strategy
Team player
Strong communication skills
Driven and able to turn words into action
Passion for the kids customer and interested to learn more
Additional Information
This is a full-time temporary position for 6 months with placement in Stockholm.
