The twelve month talent program is a collaboration between Nexer Tech Talent and the departments Connected Experience and Software & Electronics Platform at Volvo Cars and during this time you will combine working at Volvo with an educational package within your field of technology, team building and guidance by mentors. The program will begin in September 2021 and after a successful participation you will be offered employment at Volvo Cars.

Connected Experience develops and delivers Infotainment, Connectivity and Cloud Platform to provide a world-class digital user experience. We also deliver the Complete Vehicle Diagnostics system and an end-to- end platform for diagnostic monitoring & vehicle data collection. Our vision and strategy are to maximize the attractiveness of owning and using a Volvo, make all cars connected and provide a continuously enhanced experience for both new and existing cars.

Your role and the team

In your role as a Software developer at Driver Information, you will join a tight agile development team which is responsible to deliver the whole software package for the driver centric displays in the car. In tight collaboration with specialist within user experience and system development you will develop Software for the instrument cluster and head up displays within Volvo Cars. Together with verification specialist you will secure quality & performance using simulations, CI machine and car testing.
