C++ Developer - High-Performance Platform

Arbetsbeskrivning

The world is changing, every day and faster than ever before. All of our vehicles are connected and will in the future use autonomous features to provide even more value to customers. We are developing increasingly advanced ADAS functionality and HMI solutions that need to be updated over the air to meet future demands. The transport sector is one of the industries where the development within these areas evolves the fastest. This gives us challenges that SCANIA never faced before.

We at SCANIA accept this challenge, do YOU want to be part of the solution?

One key factor in this is the CHIPPS platform (Common High Performance Platform Software), the SW platform for High-Performance ECU systems in our vehicles, e.g. Central Vehicle Gateway, Cockpit, Connectivity, and Autonomous SW platforms. We see SW platforms as an integral part of the development of vehicles and backend services when going autonomous and maintaining our place in the front of the new trends of the industry.

The role involves participation in international project teams with the main customer being different project teams at SCANIA and TRATON (MAN, VW Truck & Bus, Navistar).

Are one or several statements below suitable to your experience or interest? Then we might have the perfect role for you – don’t hesitate to apply to join our group.

Besides having excellent C++ developer skills, it is highly valuable if you have experience of:

• Adaptive AUTOSAR

Your profile

As a person, you love being challenged by new situations and complex problems. You possess a strong background in software design and implementation. Software development is not only your job but also your passion. Your excellent problem-solving skills and your capacity for critical thinking distinguish you from most people. You will enjoy being part of an international team that shares experiences and challenges. You like to work together in teams to achieve the common goals.

You have a B.Sc. or M.Sc in the fields of embedded systems, computer science, electronics, or similar along with relevant work experience. However, your attitude and eagerness to learn in a creative environment are most important.
