We are looking for a candidate with extensive commercial experience within wholesale who is passionate about leading multiple functions and driving organizational as well as team development.
The role does require experience from C-suite positions in global organizations and it is an advantage to be familiar with how to run a successful tender based business.
The group is currently focusing on efficiency and global alignment in mature markets and your ability to find the right balance between local needs and possibilities as well as global leverages, and how to drive this in a successful way will be important. Experience from roles on both market and group level positions will serve you well.
You will work with diverse teams placed in multiple countries and we are looking for a candidate with strong cultural awareness as well as ability to create a foundation for followership and effective teams.
For the right candidate this is role where you will lead an organization with top of the art products, a clear purpose and committed employees.
The role is placed in Stockholm but you will travel frequently to the sites in the other Nordic countries.
