About the job:
We're looking for a Consumables & Accessories (C&A) and Spares Business Controller to join our team and manage the financial success of key product categories—consumables, accessories, and spare parts.
What you'll do:
In this role, you will act as a business partner to C&A and spares category teams in BA EA to drive profitable growth by developing the necessary tools, processes and knowledge to successfully drive the financial controlling aspects of the business. You will collaborate closely with C&A and Spares directors to drive Aftermarket key strategies and initiatives.
In detail you will:
Act as true business partner to Consumer Direct Interactions organization with participation in total finance function from daily analysis and setting short-term goals to building long-term strategies and challenging the way we do business in the C&A and spares.
Support improvement of the financial outcomes by building analyzing results, monthly variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management.
Drive enhancements to reporting and planning capabilities, drive cross-functional initiatives to continuously improve and automate reporting tools and integration of master data with finished goods.
Develop business case for projects shared with Product lines finished goods as part of a cross-functional team to support strategic initiatives as well as support CDI team to implement integrated business case.
Support Forecast, Annual Plan and Strategic plan processes as well CEP (Cost Excellence Program) initiatives and activities
Other duties and ad hoc projects may be assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
Academic background in a relevant field such as business or finance
Solid related work experience dealing with cross-functional decision making and horizontal leadership
Thorough knowledge of business processes and operations in the Controlling area
Experience in Project management planning and/or continuous improvement experience
Comfortable to work in a team/office/virtual environment as well as works autonomously
Product Line experience preferred
