The Customer Adaptation is an important strategic area with the aim to support truck sales. We work actively and cross functionally with our counterparts both within Volvo Business Units, GTT, GTP and internally within GTO.
As a Customer Adaptation Case Manager you will get involved with the complete truck and have a wide range of contacts both with GTO, GTT, GTP and Volvo Business Unit. You will review specific design changes requested from both internal and external customers.
If you are curious, structured, like to get involved with the entire truck as well as having an end-to-end mindset, continuously want to learn more and at the same time keep customer in focus- this is a position for you!
Responsibilities and main tasks will be:
To receive, investigate and analyze specific design request
To cooperate, lead and make decisions
To compile cost and lead time connected to the customer design requests
To plan CA activities for the order
To monitor and follow the quality of the design solutions
To contribute and participate in the product and process projects
To drive for the “best practice” in order to reach efficiency
Requirements for the position and competence needed:
To have a suitable education (university degree, other education or experience from production)
Courage and integrity
Be business and customer oriented
Continuous improvement mindset
Eager to learn quickly when facing new problems, analyzing areas for improvements and willing to work in an international environment
Quickly adapt to changes
Good verbal and written skills in English and in Swedish
Experience connected to CA
