Customer Activation is a unit with the global Sales function of the H&M brand, set up to create a strategic plan that brings our brand direction to life through our different touch points – from communication with our customers, to our membership program. Using data and customer insights, the main goal is to ensure a holistic customer experience.
A crucial project to bring this strategy to life is to establish streamlined processes for goal setting, budgeting, and analysis in the areas of customer activation, loyalty, brand development, and media performance within the region to Global and Global to Region.
We are now looking for a CA & Media Controller to drive this project, “Customer Activation & Media Process Implementation”.
This is an excellent opportunity to drive a global project within a key area, working very close to and reporting directly to Global Head of Customer Activation Robin Leijonhufvud as well as being a key player in the extended leadership team of the function.
Project Scope:
Develop processes for goal setting and KPI’s alignment with financial goals.
Establish budgeting processes related to media spend, content costs, agency fees, etc.
Coordinate analysis and follow-up procedures for performance monitoring.
Support external partnerships and procurement processes related to agency contracts.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role as CA & Media Controller, we believe that you have strong analytical skills and ability to structure data. You have a strategic mind-set with the ability to be action oriented, taking ownership, and willing to learn. We believe that you enjoy teamwork and can effectively collaborate with a diverse group of people to achieve set goals and targets. Additionally, you are passionate about driving business outcomes from a customer angle.
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience as a business controller within marketing, media, e-commerce, CRM and/or insights
Experience working in region or sales market or having a 360 understanding of the area from a smaller brand is highly meritorious.
Understanding of customer centric KPIs, marketing and research costs, including related results and outcome, media budgets and reporting structures
Experience working with budgeting processes and measurement tools.
Great presentation skills and being able to transfer knowledge and convey insights to senior stakeholders.
Additional Information
This is a fulltime permanent position based in our head office in Stockholm, Sweden. This role will report directly to Robin Leijonhufvud, Global Head of Customer Activation.
