CABIN department is characterized by a dynamic environment in direct contact with our customers’ needs through comfort and safety features. We manage for instance all Climate area for the cabin and batteries, Instrument Panel, Steering wheels-columns, Glass, Mirrors, Door components, Seats...

What does it mean?


You will be utilizing your business acumen, curiosity, creativity, and tactical mindset to create new business scenarios that contribute to the segment strategy implementation.
You will be sourcing the next generation of technology for the cabin and work on it being a sustainable solution for the company and the planet.


Together with your purchasing and cross-functional network, you will proactively drive all relevant activities, use all needed tools and means to continuously secure a best-in-class supplier QDCFTSR performance during the full part life cycle.
QDCFTSR = Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature, Technology, Sustainability and Risk Management.
You will also be responsible for production and after production activities such as handling supplier crisis, supplier switch activities, follow-up of contracts and agreements with suppliers and ensure implementation.
