CAD Administrator

About the position
We are looking for a dedicated CAD Administrator whos main objectives are to support and provide the global organization with a CAD environment, CAD software and CAD data management, with high availability and security. CAD Systems includes software within following categories CAD, CAE, CAM, PDM, and PLM. You will get to work in a company where your efforts are visible and have an impact. The position is located at our facilities in Sweden, in either Mullsjö or Göteborg.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities are, but are not limited to, the following:
3D CAD software and integration to company PLM system SAP/PLM on a organization global basis
Projects, tasks, and support defined within IS&T EDS department and within R&D organization
Installation, configuration and patching of CAD Systems software on user desktop manually or use of SCCM
License management for CAD software global and regional
Evaluate, test and certify CAD station and laptop hardware configurations based on performance and cost and analyzing, troubleshooting CAD design stations and CAD data management systems
Analyzing, troubleshooting SAP PLM integration issues and keep system documentation and training material up to date
The position has a global responsibility that involves some traveling over several days to other sites and availability in off hours may be required to resolve severe system issues (Incidents) or to take part in planned CAD Systems maintenance

Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s degree with math or science emphasis or associates degree from IT Technical University with additional work experience
5-years experience in engineering, mechanical design, and or 3-5 year as CAD systems administrator, prefer SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD and/or Inventor use or administration
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
Must be familiar with project management
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English and proficient with MS Office products are required
We look for a willingness to travel occasionally
