We are now looking for a Developer to our Global Hardware Methods and Tools organisation.
The Global Hardware Methods and Tools provides Support towards R&D Hardware developers globally within Ericsson.
Your role will be in the CAD Library team and include all activities on designing and maintaining components into our Global CAD Libraries.

What you will do
Design and introduce components into the Global Library
Maintain the existing CAD parts in the Global Library
Work closely with Component Technology
Work closely with Designers to support the ongoing projects
Work closely with our factory SMA engineers
Drive continuous improvements of our design tools and processes
Develop competence and best practice in CAD Library domain
Share knowledge and learning globally
Identify and work on impediments
Flow optimization
Innovation and improvements
You will bring
Educational Background: Bachelor or Master
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Experience from ECAD design or SMA engineering
Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
Ability to work with people and networking skills
Innovating, adapting and responding to change mindset
Curious & logic mind, good at analysis
Fluency in English
Coaching & Mentoring Skills
