Skills and Experience

- M. Sc. or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics or similar

- Experience in 1D simulations using GT Suite or similar software.

- Experience in gas exchange simulations is valued.

- Scripting in Python is valued.

- Personal interest in engines and propulsion is valued.

Your role at Aurobay
As a CAE Engineer 1D simulations you will:

- Perform simulations of all types of propulsion systems in the Aurobay portfolio.

- Use GT Suite as your primary tool.

- Perform gas exchange simulations for our IC engines as well as system-oriented work such as oil system and thermal management simulations for both IC engines and electrical machines.

- Lead the project deliveries as well as method development within your area.

- Responsible for keeping your area at a state-of-the-art level and for keeping documentation of methods up to date.
