CAE Engineer

We are looking for CAE Engineers to strengthen our team in Ängelholm. As a CAE Engineer at Koenigsegg you will work on various analyses within the field, from crash to durability. You will join a small team of CAE Engineers working in a fast pace environment with short decision paths.
As a person you work well both in teams and on your own. You are ambitious, curious and have a genuine passion for technology and vehicles.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building FEA models
Lay-up definition and optimization of CFRP parts
Method development
Perform simulations and analyse crash/strength/stiffness performance
Planning physical tests and calibration of the results
Communicate results, conclusions and provide insights for design changes

Requirements
A MSc in relevant field
Minimum 5 years experience with FEA
Advanced skills in LS-Dyna
Advanced skills in Ansa/Meta
Experience in analysing composite structures
Experience in the Automotive industry, preferably within Crash, NVH, Durability
Knowledge of FMVSS and ECE standards and regulations
Experience in MBD simulations is meritorious
Experience from Formula Student is meritorious
Fluent in English
