CAE Engineer Safety

We are looking for a CAE Engineers within passive safety for an assignment for one of our automotive clients. The assignment will focus on injury prevention and occupant simulations.

What you’ll do
You will perform advanced finite element simulations with the aim to analyze and develop safety performance in our future cars. You will be a part of an agile team and work closely with your team members, Scrum Master and Product Owner.

Your main responsibilities will be to create virtual simulation models (CAE), perform simulations and analyses based on results from both virtual and physical test, and participate in development of technical solutions and numerical methods.

Responsibilities:

- Create and develop virtual simulation models (CAE)
Perform simulations and analyses based on results from both virtual & physical test
Participate in development of technical solutions
Participate in agile development team

Competence Requirements:

- MSc in Engineering

- High competence level in CAE-tools as LS-Dyna, Ansa and Meta Post.

- Well-documented experience within CAE

- Good analytical competence

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

- High ability to work in team - personal skills to get things done in collaboration.

Meritorious Competences:

- Experience from OEMs in CAE Safety area.

- Skills in other important tools as: TeamCenter, VisMockup or Catia are an advantage

- Skills in scripting languages, such as Python, Matlab or other
