CAE Engineer (Strength, Fatigue and Dynamics)

We are searching for a passionate CAE engineer within strength, fatigue, and dynamics to join our team Technical Calculation. Besides a solid theoretical background, you have a good understanding of the physics involved in your field of interest and appraise the added value you deliver to the client and your team each day.
Level of responsibility:

You have been working independently in engineering projects with some assistance from senior engineering’s.
You are used to document your results; write technical reports and present conclusions to your engineering colleagues.

Know-how:

Have a small or medium size know-how about explicit FEM analysis
Have good knowledge about static FEM analysis
Have a good knowledge about fatigue and fracture mechanics
Been working to some extent with method developing
Been running automations scripts and developing these by use of Python

Main experience of software’s:

Pre-process: Abaqus CAE, Hypermesh and SimLab
Solver: Abaqus, Ansys, Ansa and FEMFAT
Post-process: Hyperview, Meta and Abaqus Viewer


Linguistics:

Swedish and English (spoken and written)

You recognize yourself as an independent and enthusiastic individual with an academic degree level of M.Sc. or higher. Besides these attributes, you are a responsible individual with a high social competence who is a true team player when it comes to teamwork. You have an eye for details, as well as the ability to zoom out to see the bigger picture when needed.

Additional skills and experience:

Your work experience is preferred to be within the following of industries: Automotive, Energy or Process Manufacturing
Your work experience in number of years: >3
