Job Description
In the role as Café Coordinator, you will act as support to the Area Café Leads when opening a café in a new market. You will be a key player in our product development phase where you will work closely with both concept designer, sourcing, and operations to secure the best possible outcome for all our markets. You will, in collaboration with the Café sourcing department, take the lead on securing stock levels monthly at our wholesalers and ensure that all articles are updated in our business system. Additionally, you will travel to location to not only support new openings, but also to established markets to coordinate menu productions and PR events with relevant stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Support café sourcing department with administrative tasks.
Be responsible for developing and following up processes and material that ensure that authority requirements with respect to hygiene, food and beverage handling are met in the operational activities.
Assist café team with product and menu developments for existing cafés and Signature Suppliers to ensure quality and conceptual standards.

Qualifications
To be a successful Café Coordinator, we see that you are a team player that loves working together with different personalities as well as nationalities. You are well structured and organized in your work and enjoy working both with more hands-on tasks as well as administrational tasks. In addition, we see that you are driven, passionate about taking our Café experience to the next level and dare to take initiatives. You have a passion for food and an interest in food creativity, quality and taste.
What you need to succeed:
Previous experience from a professional kitchen and/or restaurant studies.
Fluent in English, both orally and written.
Experience with product development is meritorious.



Additional information
This is a full-time temporary position based at our Head Office in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. Some travelling will be included in the position.
