Considering the market’s positive reactions and tremendous increase in sales, it seems like CAKE is onto something big. 

Description:
We are now looking for our new member in the Cake Field team! We believe that you are passionate about motorbikes, emerging technology and sharing your knowledge about this to the market and the consumers. In this role you will be the main touchpoint between Cake and our consumers, both B2B and B2C. You are responsible for carrying out test drives, educating the consumers in our products and host events in the local market. You will work with the entire sales team to craft the ideal solutions and your main objective is to build relationships, generate leads and facilitate transactions. 

We at Cake believe that team-work is important and that you can identify yourself with the journey and the mission that Cake is on. To succeed in this role we see that you are result oriented and a master in driving sales and building valuable relationships with our partners and consumers. Being self driven and able to manage the full consumer journey is key since you will be the main physical touchpoint in your market. Our ambitions are high and we need a person who likes to be in a company at its early stage meaning involvement in different company projects, proactivity or decision making are key success factors for us. 

You need to be able to travel +50% of the time, mostly domestic but sometimes international.

Key qualifications:


• You have at least two years of experience selling in both B2B and B2C markets.

• Selling and technical skills within the motorbike industry is a merit.

• You’re comfortable developing qualified leads by phone and through physical events.
• You have strong people, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• You are an excellent listener, influencer, negotiator with interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with customers, as well as within Cake and our team.
• You manage processes efficiently and prioritize without sacrificing the customer experience.
• You will be able to create and manage your own calendar in an efficient way, in consideration with your priorities and the company strategy,
• You thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
• Driving licence for car and motorbike is a must.

Other skills:


• Fluent in Swedish
• Skilled in English
• Experience in working with Microsoft 365 suite and G-suite is required
• Experience from working with Salesforce is a merit.
• It’s a merit if you have worked at a startup or other fast paced environment / have the desire to work at a startup

Start: As soon as possible or according to agreement
Working hours: Full time
Employment: Ongoing with an initial probation period
Work place: Based in Stockholm, with responsibility for the entire Swedish market
