Calibration and attribute leader Performance Software Gasoline- Polestar team

Polestar is Volvo Car Group's performance company and brand. We develop and build products for the performance minded customer. In short, all our performance products are developed, built and tested to deliver optimal driving experience. Polestar operates from the head office in central Gothenburg, Sweden, with sales in more than 63 markets.

As a member of the Polestar team, you are on board for an exciting journey, where Polestar program will continue to grow from a few products to a full range of performance products and engineered cars. You will be a vital part of an independent and entrepreneurial company, which will continue to work smart and nimble in tight cooperation with the mother company Volvo Car Group. The Polestar team is known for its competitive mind set, prompt deliveries, kept promises, and have the motto to deliver - whatever it takes.

As Calibration and attribute leader with our performance software in focus, you will contribute to the development and integration work in all project phases within your area. The work is highly integrated within Volvo cars Powertrain department and you will get the chance to develop your skills and be an important part of the development process. This roll lets you work with the performance software from engine in test bench until the finished products gets out to our end-customers.

Required qualifications

* University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
* Minimum 3 years' experience from the automotive industry
* Theoretic knowledge and experience of automotive development projects
* Software knowledge in Matlab/Simulink, Inka/MDA, Office toolbox
* Knowledge within the Polestar technology is meritorious
* Previous experience in powertrain calibration is meritorious
* Personal interest in cars, engines and automotive industry is meritorious
* Fluent in English, written and spoken
* Driver license B valid in Sweden
