Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior CAMO Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Lead and manage a team of skilled engineers and technical experts, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Ensure subcontracted engineering services meet high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Review and approve engineering data, reports, and technical documents for accuracy and adherence to regulations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance airworthiness management processes, identifying areas for improvement.
Stay updated on aviation regulations, industry standards, and technological advancements for continuous improvement.
Interface with regulatory authorities, auditors, and external entities to demonstrate compliance and maintain positive relationships.

What you bring:
Relevant engineering degree or aircraft maintenance technician qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in CAMO, with at least 2 years in an appropriate position.
Strong understanding of EASA, FAA, or other relevant aviation regulations.
Experience managing engineering teams and subcontractors.
Excellent communication and leadership skills for guiding cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools (eMRO, Webmanuals, Coruson, Office package).
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
