Campaign & Ad Coordinator

KRY is a digital healthcare service enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals online. We’re on a mission to build better and more accessible healthcare by moving consultations online and by providing a service that gives patients the best possible health care experience, regardless of location.

We are now looking for a driven, well-organised Campaign & Ad Coordinator to join our growing Swedish Marketing Team. In this role you will be responsible for the operational success of KRY’s campaigns, both online and offline.

This role will play a critical role in supporting several functions relating to campaign setup, management and support. The role reports to our Marketing Director and is based in our HQ in Stockholm City.

What you’ll do

- Campaign set-up and execution, including generating and testing ad tags for campaign launches
- Complete quality assurance and testing of creative assets to ensure proper functionality across screens and formats
- Organise interdepartmental workflow to ensure all elements are handled according to process and schedule
- Be the main point of contact for technical issues related to ad functions and rich media / technology vendors
- Assess, evaluate and present data after executed campaigns

Who you are

- 1-2 years’ working experience as a planner or traffic at a media or ad agency is considered a merit
- Familiar with Programmatic, Facebook and Adwords ad buying
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics tracking
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- The ability to translate data and numbers to insights and recognise future trends
- Organised, diligent, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines
- Great analytical and communication skills
