At Epidemic Sound we are reinventing the music industry. Our carefully curated catalog, with over 32,000 tracks, is tailored for storytellers, streaming services, and in-store soundtracks. Countless clients around the world, from broadcasters, production companies, DSPs, and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of millions of online videos daily, across millions of playlist streams, and in thousands of in-store locations. Headquartered in Stockholm, we’re spread across offices in New York City, Los Angeles, Seoul, Hamburg and Amsterdam. We’re growing fast, have lots of fun, and are taking the music industry with us.
We are now looking for Campaign Planner.
In this role, you will strategically plan community campaigns using market research, internal data and make recommendations about how the campaigns can reach their target audience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Through data analysis, set the strategic direction of our influencer campaigns & target audiences
- Based on data & learnings, set hypothesis around type of campaigns
- Build strategies mapping out upcoming campaigns and efforts
- Come up with a broad understanding of the campaigns and their needs based on external research and industry mappings
- Collaborate with various teams
- Create strategic briefs of the agreed upon strategies
- Request and utilize any and all research and data for future campaign strategies
- Analyze new data to update program's status
Who you are:
You are a researcher, a business analyst, a facilitator, an organiser, a hype-wo/man, a presenter, a storyteller, a scientist and maybe most importantly the provider of snacks at workshops.
The beauty of the role, for you, is the variety. A real ‘Jack of all trades’. And you won’t end that phrase in its traditional ‘master of none’ ending because you don’t think it to be a fair reflection on the strategists out there. You have experience in many different fields, and interests in even more. You didn’t choose one path to specialise and zoom in and focus on. Instead, you see the bigger picture, a wide angle lens vision on the world and industries outside of the one you are residing in. You have the ability to connect dots others might not see and that’s your superpower.
It would be music to our ears if you are/have:
- 5+ years experience in strategist roles
- Expert at data analysis, making insights easy to comprehend, data visualization, and data presentation
- Experience driving marketing/ business decisions through analytics-based recommendations
- Ability to conduct high level analytics and strategy then being able to wrap up your findings in a consumable presentation
- Experience reading & analysing consumer insights research
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Suite
- Generally working strategically with influencer marketing campaigns/ ambassador programs
- BS/ BA degree preferred
- Fluent in English
