We are looking for a driven and analytical person to join our In-Life Marketing & Retention team at Customer Value Management & Outbound Telesales. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future, and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.  

 

What you’ll do  

As a Campaign Technician, you will be working with our powerful, real-time  omnichannel campaign tools to create personalized and inspiring communication for our customers. You will be a part of a cross-functional and autonomous team consisting of talents from different units within our organization.  

  

You will be our expert in marketing automation and develop integrated marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customers. You will be a go-to person for questions around data-driven customer communication. You will analyze campaigns' success, use data to make recommendations for improvement, and provide content writing support whenever needed.  

 

Who are you  

We are looking for a customer-centric and analytical person that wants to join our team and be a part of our journey forward. You enjoy working with different stakeholders and have a belief that we are better together. We believe that you have previous experience in project and stakeholder management. Working in Teradata (or other marketing automation systems) and content creation is considered as a plus but not a requirement. You are fluent in Swedish and English (both written and verbal).
