Requirements:


Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or related field
Proven track record in cost management within complex projects
Understanding of cost estimation, budget management and financial reports
Attention to detail and excellent time management
Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
Process driven and flexible to demands of the project environment
Strong business acumen and progressive strategic thinking
Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Fluency in English (Swedish advantageous)
