Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Camunda Engineer to help design, develop, and implement business process management solutions using Camunda BPM. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective workflow and process automation solutions. You will play a key role in optimizing business processes and integrating them with various systems to drive efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Workflow Design and Implementation: Design, model, and implement complex workflows using Camunda, ensuring efficient automation of business processes.
Integration Expertise: Integrate Camunda with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless communication and data flow.
Customization and Configuration: Customize Camunda to meet specific business requirements, configuring processes and decision tables for optimal performance.
Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for implemented workflows, integrations, and configurations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and developers, to understand business needs and translate them into effective Camunda solutions.



Requirements:
Experience Level: 8-10 years in IT with 4-5 years of relevant experience as a Camunda Developer.
Strong proficiency in Camunda BPM platform, including BPMN, DMN, and CMMN.
Proficient in Java or JavaScript for backend development and workflow customization.
Solid experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and integration techniques.
Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.

Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of additional programming languages like Python or Kotlin.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
Understanding of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
