We support the full Volvo Group with expertise, processes and tools in talent acquisition and recruitment services. In India, Poland and Sweden we have established a line-organization supporting all regions and time-zones in close collaboration with local counterparts.


To take the next step in our development and increase capabilities in talent attraction we are looking for a passionate and dedicated global lead for candidate attraction. In this role you will be part of the Volvo Group Recruitment global management team with the main scope to produce and promote digital content and drive social media campaigns in close collaboration with group communication and our talent acquisition community.

We believe you have a passion for, and deep knowledge in digital marketing, how to build and drive social media campaigns, and create engaged talent pipelines for our various critical recruitment processes. You will be working closely with our corporate communication creating content and with our talent acquisition specialists and sourcers to reach the desired target groups.


The core responsibilities of the Candidate Attraction Lead are:
• Plan and drive social media campaigns in close collaboration with recruiters and sourcers.
• Produce digital content for future campaigns.
• Standardize campaign material to reduce time to market and analyse performance.
• Adjust and align material to various business entities and/or markets.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners such as agencies.
• Be part of developing long term strategies and short-term initiatives that aim to strengthen the Volvo Groups talent acquisition capabilities

Qualifications likely required to be successful
We are looking for an experienced communicator with a proven track-record within digital marketing, and social media in talent acquisition. The perfect match is someone that can both produce and distribute content.
You understand the digital marketing eco system including SOME platforms, paid marketing, conversion etc. Experience from Linkedin Campaign Manager is seen as an advantage. You will also need to be able to produce digital content to match the purpose, this includes editing of text, images, and videos.


You build and maintain long-term business relationships and feel comfortable in networking in an international environment.


Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's Degree or Higher Vocational Education within Digital Marketing, Communication, Human Resources and/or Business administration, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
