About Worko:

Worko was founded in 2011 in Stockholm with the ambition to rethink the traditional recruitment industry. Since then, we've grown and our products are well established with hundreds of clients within tech and construction. Worko doesn't work with traditional search to fulfill temporary needs for our clients. Instead we help our customers to attract passive candidates over time, with a starting point in their strategic ambitions, and growth plans!

About the position as Candidate Pipeline Associate:

Companies can no longer recruit based on when the timing is right for them, it's the candidates market. Meaning, building proactive pipelines is essential in todays recruitment market, with a large volume enough we can accomodate the needs of shorter periods but above all, we can chart when the best candidates are open to new opportunities.

This is an entry level position where you'll over time be able to advance in the Worko Career Modell meaning bigger responsibilities internally and externally. As a CPA, you'll be working in several workstreams (recruitment projects) from start to finish. You'll be a part of the onboarding process, ensuring that we work accordingly to our process together with our clients. Working in workstreams also means you'll be contacting the passive candidates, from search, pitch job-opportunities, scheduling interviews and be a trusted advisor towards the candidates throughout the process.

The following areas of responsibility are included:

- Hiring bar - defining the hiring bar (what makes a candidate fit the needs of our clients business and the role)

- Messaging - developing an EVP (employee value proposition) for all our clients (how do we create interest for the position based on our target audience). Finding candidates and pitch job-opportunties

- Joint process - the most effective way to collaborate with our clients and internally cross-functional

- Advisory - some of our customers have worked with recruitment before while others haven't, either way you'll guide and advise customers on how to convert passive candidates to performing employees

- Managing a delivery budget which will help you plan and prioritize your monthly and weekly work

- Collecting and entering data in our own system, in order to analyze workstreams aswell as your own performance

Who we think you are:

To be successfull as a CPA at Worko, we think you're driven and thrives in a high-pace work enviroment and to work towards goals. You're stimulated by building relations and learning about different industries and roles.

To succeed in the role:

- Fluency in Swedish/Norwegian and English

- At least 3 years of experience within Sales/Customer Service/Recruitment/Operations or other relevant industries

- Preferably (but not a requirement) education within HR/Economics/Sales or other relevant fields

- Preferably experience with customer relations over longer periods

- The ability to make decisions based on data

- Most of the salary is fixed, but there are also variable incentives in the salary
