Is building networks and establishing good candidate relationships one of your absolute specialties? Perfect! In that case, you’d be well-suited for this role as Candidate sourcing specialist for a big and global company, located in Älmhult. In this role, you would be an ambassador for the company with the task of marketing the company's open positions to potential candidates, as well as being the key to the company’s future competence development and preservation.
OM TJÄNSTEN
In the role as Candidate sourcing specialist, your main responsibility would be to seek out to potential candidates in various business fields to build a network of different talents. The purpose is to keep the candidates engaged by continuously updating them about new employment opportunities that emerge in the company, after which you can initiate them into relevant recruitment processes. You should therefore be a person with a good ability to establish strong and long-term relationships with new people, as well as being capable of marketing and strengthening the company brand in the candidate market.
In this role, you would be a part of the recruitment team, and primarily work in the first stage of the employment process by finding the candidates with the right competence and qualifications. In this job, LinkedIn and other similar social channels will be one of your most frequently used tools to establish contact with people, where you will later follow up with them over the phone. The general idea is that these candidates should have high potential to move forward with future employment opportunities.

You will be offered
* An initial consultant assignment for a timespan of 6 months. Initially, you will be employed at Academic Work and work as a consultant for our client. The employment could, however, become long-term, where you would have ample opportunities for an extension of the assignment and potentially one day being employed directly by the client.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
- Search for new potential candidates within different business areas, mainly using LinkedIn and sometimes other search tools.
- Establish good relationships with potential candidates in the market and build an extensive talent network.
- Establish quality assurance with candidates through continuous phone correspondence
- Maintain existing candidate relationships, and initiate and support candidates in recruitment processes
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Has a minimum of two years’ experience in an equivalent role, alternatively as a recruiter with a focus on search
- Is independent in the search process regarding finding candidates and building successful talent networks within a business-oriented organization
- Has no problems communicating in English, both orally and in written text

Other relevant information
* Start: Immediately, ASAP.
* Extent: Full-time
* Placement: Älmhult / distance work. The role requires you to be physically present at least one day a week. There are many efficient ways to commute from e.g., Malmö and Helsingborg to Älmhult, for example through shuffle bus, with the opportunity to work during the commute both on the way to and home from the office.

This recruitment process uses ongoing selection and the ad will be closed when the position is filled if we have moved to the selection- and interview phase.
