WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will provide insights to support client service teams.
In this role, you will conduct end-to-end research in response to specific questions raised by clients via client service teams. You will source information from internal and secondary data sources. You will then analyze and synthesize this information as well as create well-organized and concise end products to deliver implications and insights to consulting teams.
You will receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on your teams. As you develop and become known for your expertise on a particular topic, you will play a more active role on our consulting teams and work more directly with our clients. You will also develop new proprietary tools and knowledge in your area of expertise as well as contribute to the development of our team by coaching and training less experienced colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree with excellent academic record; advanced degrees preferred
3+ years of relevant experience
Very strong problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills
Strong IT proficiency preferably with experience in PowerPoint and Excel
Professional attitude and service orientation
Superb team player; willingness to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment
Ability to take initiative; demonstrates ownership of work and career
Entrepreneurial and self-starter who enjoys the challenges and rewards of research work in a dynamic and changing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
Fluency in English
