In Packaging Solution Commercial Operations, we are passionate about pro-actively improving selling value adding solutions to our customers and deliver superior customer experience. To successfully fulfil the ambitions, a sharp focus on developing both existing and new capabilities in Sales and Customer Management process is needed.
As our new Capability Leader for Lead Management, you will lead the capability development for Lead Management in the Value Selling primary process within Sales and Customer Management.
Your key focus is to manage and drive improvement and maturity of lead management capability (people, process, tools, and governance) globally across 3 businesses. This includes leading the development of global solutions to support 3-year roadmap for the capability and working collaboratively with Global Business Expert to prepare for implementation and training. Since this is a new role, you will have the opportunity to define it and shape it.
This position is temporary - 18 months and based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As Capability Leader, you will:
Ensure that E2E capability supports the strategic direction, purpose, and objectives of 3 businesses
Translate business objectives into capability roadmap (gaps, desired state and 3-year plan) to improve the capability (people, process, and tools) to be aligned and approved by Primary Process driver
Drive the capability related projects defined in 3 years plan by leading cross-businesses team to ensure completion of the projects (create action plan, monitoring progress, ensure deliverables, and deliver expected business value)
Manage and drive improvement and maturity of the capability:
Creating and maintaining process documentation
Follow up on process KPIs and process measures (analysing trend, aligning business needs, and identifying gaps)
Participate in creating and maintaining rules, procedures & measures for master data
Improving business performance by driving resolution of issues, GAPs, and business IT needs
Capture the training needs and providing expertise to TP academy and Training team to develop and deliver related trainings
Identify, document, and share best practise with local process drivers
Define competence profiles of key roles within the capability and drive development activities
Ensure right tools and business controls to support capability
Manage relationship and way of working with Global Service Delivery team (Global Information Management or future Center of Expertise)

Who you are?
We believe that you have minimum 3 years’ experience from sales preferable within the food and beverage industry as well as experience of setting direction and coach others. You have proven experience in leading transformation projects and can convey strategic direction into operational activities. Building successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you and you know how to get things done both through formal channels and the informal network. Furthermore, you are business oriented and have a strong and recognized informal authority. You probably have a University degree within Business Administration or similar and you are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
