Capability Manager - Channel Management & Key Components

In this role, you will drive CM&KC capability from end-to-end perspective. The main links (functions to cover) in the full chain are: Development of products, production of products, sales support of our portfolio, installation and commissioning and finally aftersales service.
Furthermore, you will own the “As-Is” as well as driving the “To-Be” through roadmaps with each organisation. Short term its about proactively support market organizations to secure business growth.
What you will do
Create and ownership of the “As-Is” capability map from end-to-end perspective
Drive the “To-Be” capability status with end-to-end organisations
Drive capability roadmaps (setting targets as well as managing progress) for relevant organisations
Drive CM&KC competence development portfolio to fit overall business needs
Identifies growth opportunities and follows up on opportunity deployment within the capability area
Supports markets with cross border development and global integration

The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Who you are?
To be successful in this role you need to be a committed person with strong personal drive. You are a self-motivated, pedagogic communicator and presenter who can easily adapt and learn new things.
You are a proven leader with knowledge in product and category management as well as extensive knowledge from after sales support and market operations
We believe you have a University degree within engineering or equivalent. You have >5 years of experience from working in a packaging industry.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
