Car Project Requirement Engineer
Welcome to the team responsible for setting requirements for future vehicle projects in Lynk & Co portfolio for Europe. You will be responsible for clearly stating the uptime and aftermarket requirements in car projects and following up to ensure their needs are met.
You will be located in Gothenburg, Lindholmen.
What you'll do
- Create and collect requirements for future needs from an uptime/aftermarket perspective based on Lynk & Co business model
- Challenge existing automotive standards and new system solutions to be designed also for aftermarket
- Set, handshake, challenge and follow up requirements in close corporation with R&D and projects
- Be responsible of the team deliverables towards the project
What you should have
- Previous experience with requirement setting in projects, preferably with experience also from working with commercial vehicles and with serviceability requirements
- Broad general knowledge of complete vehicle, and specialized within e.g. Powertrain (preferably High Voltage within PHEV/BEV), is beneficial
- To be able to get requirements implemented and to challenge the project we see that you have good collaboration and negotiating skills with knowledge and interest of future technologies
- Experience and knowledge from automotive workshop
In this role you will play a central and vital role in the car projects, and cooperate with many stakeholders/partner. This means you will have to have a positive and flexible mindset to be able to navigate in changeable organization and project setup.
